How do I access plex pass forums?

I have a plex pass but when using that account for login, I can't access the forums. I had to create a separate account to get to the forums, but since this is not my plex pass account, I an't get to the plex pass forums (such as the one for Plex Media Player). What do I need to do to have my main (plex pass) account able to get into the forums?
