I've tried watching a bunch of .ts files in multiple Plex clients but they won't work. They all play fine natively (Media Player Classic from CCCP).
Browser (Chrome/Firefox): Video completely frozen but audio works.
Chromecast: Video is like diagonal and frozen or stuttery. Audio is fine.
