Unable to connect to remote (friends) online server

Hi,

I have recently been unable to connect to my friends Plex Server through the Samsung App, although have no problems doing so from my Mac. On the Plex App on the TV the server is showing as available (Green Tick) and can be reached from other devices.

A few things we have checked with each other:
* I have the latest Samsung Plex App version 2.005
* I have done the delete, power down (and disconnected TV for 1 minute) and power-up, re-download of the Plex App.
* I have re-set the Smart Hub
* TV Model is UE46F8000 series
* Smart Hub version 1132
* TV is hard-wired to the router, NOT using wireless
* We are both Running Server version 0.9.16.6
* His server runs on a dedicated Windows PC with files served from an attached external storage and is hard-wired to his router
* We both have fibre broadband with 150mb+ download and 10mb+ upload speeds
* We are connected as friends in our profiles
* My friend has his network connection setting as Secured Preferred (NOT Required) as do I

We have had no issues with connection since I created a Plex account a couple of years or so ago, so am puzzled why this has just started to occur.

Any suggestions from Orca or the community of how to resolve this would be appreciated.
