I've been trying on and off for 6 months to get Sync with my photos (about 2500) from the server to Android. It takes many repeated sync attempts and seems to freeze in same spot, but I can't figure out why. I only use photos feature of plex.
My latest attempt finally says the Sync is complete; however, when I look at the pictures half are missing the thumbnail, and many others when I tap on thumbnail, the picture isn't there (get a large white icon image). I've been trying every release including latest (4.24.2.563) and have server current with no success.
I've deleted content, and attempted to resync.
Completely removed plex and restarted
Any advice to find problem would be helpful. I'm fairly technical.
