On 7/28/16 my internet service went down for an hour but has worked fine since. But now I can no longer Plex enable remote access. I have read thru all the directions on the Plex help pages but nothing works. I checked the modem/router logs and see this for the 28th.
2016-07-28 01:25:16 3-Critical D001.00 DHCP FAILED - Discover sent, no offer received
2016-07-28 01:25:09 5-Warning P250.00 CAP unable to make C-NAPT mapping. No WAN IP address available
Is this the problem? Is the fault with my modem/router?
