How do I split movies that have 2 parts so that they show seperately?

Relatively new to Plex. I have added a LOT of movies to PMS on my laptop and everything is showing properly with correct cover art, descriptions etc. I understand that Plex has a procedure for naming files, mine all being named 100% correctly (I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to organizing files and have just spent the last week updating my library).

The specific problem I am having is in regards to the Hunger Games movies and the Harry Potter movies.

Files are named -
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2

The Hunger Games - Mockingjay Part 1
The Hunger Games - Mockingjay Part 2

They are both automatically merged into a single entry in PMS (e.g The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, with a run time of 4 hours 19 minutes). I would like to know how to split the files so that each movie has it's own entry. They didn't come out as a 4 hour long movie for a reason... They both have seperate cover art and descriptions... You can't utilize the watched and unwatched marking feature for each part... You have to click into the first part and skip through that before you can get to the second part.

How do I split the merged entry so that it shows the 2 different parts individually. I have looked everywhere in PMS but can't find any options anywhere. The split apart option that is usually there with duplicate movies is no where to be seen. I would like to keep my file named this way if possible but am open to suggestions if it will help me get around this issue because I know it's grouping them due to how they are named.
