Any way to reset metadata?

Had a file that included the "Title" and "Comments" metadata which Plex used for the title and description (even though the file itself was properly named). I've cleared them from the file, but even after repeated "Refresh" the tile and description remains the same and doesn't update from TVDB. Is there anything else I can do to reset it, so that it'll reload it properly?

Win 8.1, PMS 2.7.4.
