Hi,
Im new to this Plex and have installed Plex Server on my laptop with Intel i5.
I have installed the Plex app and paid the 5$ activation to my iPad mini 4.
The issue I have is the playback of .mkv 720p variable frame rate.
It takes long time to load the movie, cpu is on 98% and when the video plays its stuttering.
When I play 480p variable frame rate, its all good.
Same thing with 720p constant frame rate, it works good.
Any idea whats the issue?
Its One Piece I have tried to watch.
