Here's the problem,
My server is setup in the UK. I'm currently in the states for a few months. When I try to stream anything I get really bad buffering. When I ping the uk server the roundtrip is over 280ms. My internet speed is over 50mbps in the US, and the UK upload speed is 20mbps. The US internet connection just takes too long to reach the UK server. I've tested other internet Connections here in the US and they work fine (40ms round trip), but I'm stuck with the slow ISP where I'm staying.
What I want is to setup some sort of relay server here in the US. I've looked into it but didn't get very far. I've tried a reverse proxy which didn't work. Any suggestions on what I do? Want to setup something up on a Windows VPS I have here in the states. Any help would be great.
