[Bug] PMS transcoding using the wrong sample rate for "Remote Audio Quality" setting

I have a FLAC on my PMS, running Ubuntu. Running 1.0 (latest).

When I select "192kbps" I get the expected "192k".

When I select "320 kbps" I get "258k", obvously 320 != 258:
plex 1646 2127 3 13:14 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Plex Transcoder -codec:0 flac -i /mnt/pool/Music/FLAC/The Weeknd - Beauty Behind the Madness (2015) [FLAC]/01 - Real Life.flac -map 0:0 -codec:0 aac -ar:0 44100 -channel_layout:0 stereo -b:0 258k -segment_format mpegts -f segment -flags -global_header -segment_time 7 -segment_start_number 0 -segment_copyts 1 -segment_time_delta 0.0625 -max_delay 5000000 -avoid_negative_ts disabled -map_metadata -1 -map_chapters -1 media-%05d.ts -start_at_zero -copyts -vsync cfr -y -nostats -loglevel quiet -loglevel_plex error -progressurl http://127.0.0.1:32400/video/:/transcode/session/2C65C638-BD2A-4FC8-B553-487062307B17/progress

When I select "Original" I get "192k", this is really wrong, since it is lower than 258!

Let me know how I can get this bug fixed. Thanks!
