Audio, no video, with throbber

Hi all,

I bought an AppleTV 4 last week, mainly to be my main Plex player. I've come across an issue with several movie files where I can hear audio, but have no video (just the loading throbber). If I go back to the AppleTV main page, I can still hear the audio. By launching Plex again, it will continue to play for 5-10 seconds before finally crashing. I've tried with Direct Play both on and off, but it didn't change anything.

I'm running Plex v 1.4 (3496), Plex Media Server 1.2.7.2987 on OS X, and tvOS 10.0.1. Attached are the server logs.
