So recently updated my plex media server to the latest version the other day nothing seemed out of the ordinary added some media today and noticed that i wasn't dragging in any info for this not even a thumbnail.
go to play the video just get an error of there is a problem playing this item. tried resyncing the item nothing just keeps processing over and over again. go to play a different file and its unable to play this is the same now for all my film and tv files.
so i reinstall my whole server and re add all my libraries. same issue.
any ideas? i have added latest log zip.
