TV Show disappeared and now cannot be re-scanned

I watched Westworld last week but I went to look for episode 2 and now the show is gone from the library. I tried rescanning, changing from "thetvdb" to "the movie database" and rescanned (like I found on google)... nothing.

Running PMS Version 1.1.4.306 on nVidia Shield TV.

I have tried:

  • Renamed files as below, plex dance, nothing
  • Moved "Westworld" out of "TV Shows" folder, plex dance, moved back in, plex dance... not working.

    Multimedia/
    |----TV Shows/
    | |----Westworld
    | | |----Season 1/
    | | | |----Westworld - S01E01 - The.Original.mkv
    | | | |----Westworld - S01E02 - Chestnut.mkv

I decided to check the log and noticed this (note the 403 error):

I googled and 403 means the client already has a copy of the file and it won't overwrite it. I thought maybe I would mount the shield internal storage but I found no working files for plex that way.

Also, I thought hey I'll add a new library for "home videos" and point it to the folder just so I can watch. The folder is not visible by Plex. I checked the permissions on my NAS and they seem fine. Nothing out of the ordinary happened that I know of to cause this.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do next?
