No matter which device I use, I cannot connect to my local Plex server if the Wi-Fi is turned off on another device (not my server).
My setup is this: A windows 10 PC (my server), and a bunch of tablets, laptops, etc. all with plex apps and browsers. Going to my local IP address in the web browser doesn't work when offline on any device on my network, it will not allow me to connect.
I have port forwarding enabled... remote access is enabled (although shouldn't be necessary since it's on same network)...
Can Plex not be accessed if wi-fi is turned off? very confusing
