In Plex Web, if I pause an item for more than 15 seconds, when I resume it (without leaving the player, just hitting the spacebar) it doesn't play and just displays the little spinning semicircle in the middle without ever actually buffering. This didn't used to happen, but I don't remember on what server version it started (within the past month or two, though). I'm currently running 0.9.16.6 on Ubuntu 16.04
This happens:
- only on the server itself
- only via app.plex.tv (not via localhost:32400/web/app)
- only after 15 seconds of pausing (at 13 or 14 seconds it resumes just fine)
- both for transcoding and direct stream
