Hi,
I cannot get plex to play MKV files on my LG 55OLEDB6V running web os 3.0.
The MKV files will play though the LG video app from either Plex server or direct via my Synology. When I try to play the files, I get an "unexpected error downloading the media" error message. Sometimes, this message does not even appear and I'm left with 3 dots and the app appears to freeze.
The MKV files also play fine using plex on my Roku 3.
Is this a known issue? Can anyone help please? I really like the plex interface!
