When I'm trying to play a video on my iPhone, I get the message "Couldn't create the playback session for this item". A similar error I'm getting on a Windows 10 laptop.
The Plex Media Server is installed on a Windows 10 desktop which is connected to my main router. A second router somewhere else in the house is connected to this main router. I'm trying to play video using the wifi of this second router, without success.
The video plays correctly on the Windows 10 desktop. I can find and connect to the PMS from everywhere, only the playback isn't working.
After troubleshooting I suspect that the problem is network related. Maybe the routers need some specific configuration ? Anybody who had a similar problem ?
