my dad put all of our family videos on his plex server and shared it with us so we could watch them, but i can't find it on my android app. also when i login it says "connection to the server was lost setting this device for local...etc" I've been watching them with my laptop so i know my account can view his library, but not on my phone. i have a plex pass too.
