Plex for Android doesn't report playback progress to PMS while playing synced content

Hello.
When I watch synced content on my Xiaomi Mi Max (Plex for Android v4.29.1) it doesn't report progress to server. Therefore I can't continue watching on another device as easy as I expect. If I stop playback (tap on square button or play another movie) I lose my progress completely.
When I reach the end of episode it is marked as watched on PMS - ok. Tracking progress while streaming (not synced) works as well.
Did I miss something or it just not implemented yet?
Tracking progress while playing synced content from iPhone works like a charm.
