I am running Plex server (ver. 1.3.3...) on my home server (Server 2012 R2). It was running fine, access on the internal and outside network. I shutdown the network to upgrade my router from a Netgear R7000 to a Cisco RV130. I configured the RV130 with the same port forwarding for 32400 on TCP/UDP before restarting the server hoping for a straight forward transition. The new router and server are using the same static IP address as with the R7000 and most, if not all other configuration settings are the same.
Now, the Plex server will not run. When accessing plex.tv via web, I can "Launch" but it cannot connect to media. Selecting Settings/Server, I get the error "Server Settings are unavailable". The Plex server starts but immediately shuts down when initiated on the pc server. How can I get access to the Plex Server Settings? What could be the problem with the router configuration? No changes were made to the pc server.
Rebooting server and router has not worked.
