Won't start anymore

Hey guys, my plex won't start all of a sudden and I'm running out of ideas.
It pops up in the tray for a few seconds, then shuts down. Dunno what's happened, it's been running for around a month, just fine until now.

I've tried:

• uninstalling plex
• removing library and installation files

• checked for DLL's as mentioned by Plex support

  • https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/206910047-Windows-Repeated-crashing-of-Plex-Media-Server

• activated crash logs as mentioned by plex support

  • https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201455336-Crash-Logs-Plex-Media-Server

• re-installing vc redist files (just a guess)

The crash dump files mentioned above do not generate anything. But I did find a little something in the windows event viewer. See below.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad
RAM: 4GB (2.5GB in use at present)
HDD: 2 x 3TB
