i am running windows 7 sp1

i recently moved the metadata files to a different location..the server hasnt worked since..it is not a matter of the app not finding the server..the server will not run even after manually launching from the app on the pc..task manager/processes doesnt list anything plex
i have no server settings showing so i cant submit a log file
a uninstall/reinstall does nothing for the issue
