Xbox 360 says server unavailable, plays elsewhere fine

Hey All -

The xbox360 app is saying that the server is unavailable however, the server is definitely available as it plays on xb1, phone app (both on and off wifi) and a separate location.

I've already gone through some troubleshooting such as logging out and in, trying to re-authenticate the app, etc. but to no avail.

Any suggestions?
