Plex server randomly crashes

This has been going on for quite some time, but I'd like some assistance figuring out why and how to resolve.

From the Plex Media Server log file, I see the following where the ERRORS start:

If it helps, (not sure who has access to this), my crashlog says it was successfully uploaded in the Plex Crash Uploader log file and the ID is 7072bd4f-6ae2-4e61-853c-2a7c80ecfdd3. My Crash Reports folder has many build numbered folders within, but they are all empty.

If more logs are needed to assist, please let me know and I'll upload.
