Recent Problems with Remote Acess

I have my router set for manual port forwarding and my computer with the media server set to a Static IP. Everything worked with Remote Access until the last update. It is a Cisco Cable Modem/Router, DBP3825, supplied by MediaCom. After the last update, nothing I do fixes the Remote Access issue. Rebooted all devices (computer, cable modem, etc), retried Port Forwarding with different ports, and disabled Port Forwarding. I have double and triple checked my static IP and my port forwards. Because this is the modem/router that was supplied by my cable provider, I don't have access to all of the router functions. BUT.... it all worked fine a week ago, nothing has changed on the router or the computer, now NOTHING I do gets the Remote Access up and running. And that is the only reason I purchased the program. UGH.

ANY help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
