For the love of God, PLEASE add "Label" "is not" to search criteria!

I have a large media collection I share with family members and of course I CAN'T add a restriction by COLLECTION and I CAN'T search by "does not have a label". This requires a person to either have a photographic memory or spend a ton of time looking at every media item to see if it has the right label to make it into a shared account of a family member!
Just add LABEL here!!!!! PLEASE ALREADY!!! LoL!
