Plex server has gone missing from Netgear ReadyNAS?

Hi all,
I just tried to update the software for flex on my readyNAS but I got an error, and when I cleared it, the server disappeared from my nas! I can no longer even find it in the available apps list...? Any idea what happened? I bought the NAS specifically for Plex, and also got lifetime membership..
