hi everyone,
i have ds416play nas device and plex installed on it. 4x4tb disk installed also. %52 is empty in last status.
My nas connected to samsung UE55JU6470UXTK smart tv via tp-link gigabit switch. Nas connected to swtich as LAG with 2 cat6 cables(1gig) and tv is connected to switch with cat6 cable(100mb). All the cables are solid with no data loss or broken.
all the softwares are up to date ( plex on tizen, plex on synology and the dsm os). all the plex apps are default settings. I didn't change anything.
Now I can play any kind of video on my tv via plex app up tp 10gb file without any problem but about 15-20gb 1080p or 4k files comes with very blurry (in low resolution) or buffers every 5-7 seconds with 2second view.
How can i fix this problem?
