Not getting poster art on new USB3.0 drive

Hello,

I've got two pen drives that I've used in my R9000:
1.) SanDisk Cruzer USB2.0 16gb (SDCZ36-016G)
2.) Sandisk Ultra Flair USB3.0 32gb (SDCZ73-032G)

I started with the first, and it grabbed poster art, but I thought it was a slow performer(USB2.0), so I bought the second one as it's USB3.0. However with the second one, and all Advanced Library and router settings being equal, I am NOT getting poster art...!
