Out of sync sound, is it getting fixed or am I getting a refund?

Hi I've been trying to get help with fixing out of sync sound with no response from plex what so ever.
I have a new LG TV running the plex app on it, when I pause, fast forward, rewind or resume it sends the sound out of sync sometimes by more than a second, I have tried the last 3 versions of the server for windows including the latest & every possible setting I can find in all Plex, TV & Home Theatre with no fix.
Can someone Help with this issue or even acknowledge its an issue?
