PMS chrash with Win 10

Hello,

I have the problem that PMS chrash until I start a refresh from the media library.
This problem have I since a year. I used ever the latest PMS Version.
I checked the solution proposals to this problem, but nothing solved my problem.
I used Win 10 and PSM 1.0.2.2413-7caf41d
