I am currently using the free version of Plex.
It appears that the server component of the software has died. In short
- going to localhost:32400 works
- going to plex.tv clicking launch works on the localhost.
- As per the attached picture. In Server / General it says:
Version 1.9.2.4285 Something went wrong. Please install manually.
The link it takes you to is the full system software download.
I have downloaded Plex-Media-Server-1.9.2.4285-9f65b88ae a couple of times and tried both the repair option and the uninstall/reinstall option. To me it appears to be this one issue, does anyone have a suggestion?
