Help finding server 9.16.6 for Intel

Hi Folks -

I upgraded to new 1.0.0.2261 on my TS-269L and am having some connection problems. I would like to downgrade back to 9.16.6 which was working but can find the qpkg. Can someone point me to where I can find that package?
