Just started using Plex but disappointed by its performance. It plays 4K home movie videos as 1080 and then downgrades 1080 video to 720. I didn't think from the product description that it would routinely downgrade video resolution. Unfortunately there's no Tech Support so I hope someone here can help. The movie files are in the acceptable formats and play at the correct resolution on other devices (e.g. USB plugged into Smart 4K TV for example)
