Hey guys.
I've been using Plex for a long time but recently I've encounted moments when the subtitle just won't be available for the tv-show.
For an example I'll post the complete name of my files (this happens for every episode). Each episode is in invidual folders.
The.Blacklist.S04E01.x264.480p.HDTV-ChaX.mkv
The.Blacklist.S04E01.x264.480p.HDTV-ChaX.swe.srt
I got more or less the same name set-up for alot of other tv-shows and they work perfectly. Any suggestions what it can be that's causing the issue?
Things i've done:
Restarted the server
Restarted the computer
Names the files with just (The.Blacklist.S04E01.mkv // The.Blacklist.S04E01.swe.srt)
