I have a machine running unraid which currently has my nas setup and 4 vms one of which is running plex. I want to get plex running on dedicated hardware for plex and mythtv for recording from my hdhomerun ota tuner and be able to transcode the recorded files. They will be stored on the NAS after recording and transcoding.
I have tried the Plex DVR and don't like it.
Here is the hardware I am considering. It would be somewhere under $400. Any thoughts or suggestions?
