Now that Crashplan is officially getting rid of their personal services, I have purchased unlimited SFTP storage generally used for website hosting. I do not plan to share the files or profit from them, I just want to backup all of my media to a location that I actually have some control over. I would like to avoid encrypting the files, as I've experienced headaches unencrypting in the past. Does anyone know if these sites monitor data for copyrighted content? I have chosen A2 hosting at $5 a month unlimited and can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I figure, as long as I'm the only one accessing it, it shouldn't be a problem, but I can't be certain.
