Chromecast and TEAC 301da

Hi all,

I have a problem when i stream mkv files through chromecast that uses non PCM audio codec.
That's because the TEAC 301da that i use for audio playback cannot support the non pcm audio codec.

My tv pass directly the audio data to the digital coax connected to the TEAC dac + amplifier.

Is possible to force the Plex media server to recode the audio stream in MP3 or a in a PCM codec before sending it to the chromecast?

I won't manually convert all mkv with acc into mp3

I'm using a ubuntu server based plex media server.
