Plex Media Server marked "Unavailable" in myPlex even though published

Hi all,

I've been wrestling with this issue for a few days now, and I can't seem to find a solution.

 

I want to be able to watch content that is on my Home Theatre PC (Windows 7).

The server is successfully published to my myPlex account (at port 32400, it was auto-configured),

and works fine for viewing content on my local network. However, when I check out the Servers

section of myPlex, the server is marked as "unavailable" in red.

 

I've also tried port-forwarding from my router, which publishes the server and produces the same result.

 

Any help or insight would be welcome, I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
