Any Response from PLEX?

There has been a tremendous amount of discussion in this forum over the multitude of issues with respect to the server capabilities and bugs on the Shield TV. Personally I bought the Shield because of the server capabilities and while I understand that there were bound to be issues, the silence from anyone from PLEX on things like missing movies, dropped Network drives and other issues is really disturbing. I haven't even seen an employee acknowledge the problems. Maybe I have just missed responses. I hope that is the case. If not, can someone from PLEX at least acknowledge the issues.
