Hello,
When I play some specifics movies through PMS (on my NAS : WD PR2100) it is really pixelated, like on 90% of the scenes.
I tried to play the file directly on my PC, quality was good. Then I connected my PC on my TV through hdmi, quality was still good. So the file in itself is not bad quality.
But when I played it (either on my pc or TV) through PMS it is really pixelated.
PMS transcodes the movie, but it transcodes many movies and only few are pixelated...
I also did another test : play it through PMS but then server isn't my NAS anymore but a Windows PC : it Direct Streams and no pixelated. So I guess the issue is somewhere during the transcode process.
But why only few movies are pixelated when transcoded ?
Any idea what the problem is and what to do to solve it ?

ps: I attached info of the movie file
ps2: I googled my issue, some people had a pixelated movie issue, but it only appears when they had subtitles on. In my case, this has nothing to do with subtitles, since it is pixelated whether I activate or not subtitles.
