I've just bought another Android TV box to look to see if it's worth investing in either the Premium package to allow playing in the Android App.
I had a M8S ii which gave the same symptoms and am now trying a A95X NexBox.
What happened is that when I play a video, after approx ten seconds it pauses for a few seconds. After that it resumes playing but the Video is playing at twice speed and the audio at normal speed.
This is with the Plex running on a Linux Distro and Plex on the Android TV box freshly installed from the Play Store.
I enabled Network logging and recreated this issue at approx 12:08 BST on the 30th Sept. My user name is MrRalphMan.
Is this an underlying issue with Plex, which I think not as I cannot find the same symptoms using the search or more likely some kind of configuration issue.
The Plex Server, the NAS that serves up the media to Plex and the Android TV box are all connected to the same 1GB switch.
