Playback problems with Plex in QNAP NAS

Hello all,

I recently purchased a QNAP NAS model TS-453B with 4GB RAM. I installed PMS on the NAS and started testing it. Unfortunately, I have the following two problems when I try to reproduce my video files using the Plex client for QNAP’s HD Station:
1. When I reproduce any video (it happens with all video files, regardless of resolution, container or video/audio codec) horizontal lines appear across the screen, it’s as if horizontal sections of the video were overlapping each other. This problem is more notorious in fast moving scenes and makes the experience of watching a movie completely annoying.
2. For some files (I have not yet found out exactly what are the file specifications, for which this problem happens) the video reproduces without sound and at a velocity at least 2 times faster than normal.

My NAS is connected via Ethernet cable to the router and via HDMI cable directly to the TV. I have all software up to date: NAS firmware version 4.3.3.0238, PMS V1.7.5.4035 and Plex client version 1.4.1.dev-git.

Additionally, when I reproduce the same files in my computer or in a Chromecast (through the iOS app), the videos play flawlessly. I have also changed the video and reproduction settings but to no avail.

I have attached the media info for one of the movies presenting both problems.

Any help would be great!!
