I'm still, after all this time, unable to use the new-style Plex app because it doesn't have a true audio passthrough option. I'm still using Plex Classic because of this:
5.1 AC-3 Support: Enabled
5.1 DTS Support: Enabled
Roku 3 can't decode AC3 5.1, but my A/V receiver can. Most of my videos have AC3 audio. I want an option that lets me always hand off audio to the receiver, regardless of what Plex may think is best for me. It's my home theater, not yours.

I'm disappointed in New Plex because not enough attention is being paid to how it works instead of how it looks.
