Things work fine on my Roku, but when I try to run Plex on my Samsung SmartTV I get this error message -
"Unable to switch user"
User doesn't have access to any servers or shared content
The TV shows up in my Plex DEVICES list.
I have firmware v002004 and have tried uninstalling and re-installing Plex. I have also checked for software upgrades (none) and I do not have the option for "Alternative Software".
I have also tried removing the TV from DEVICES and signing back in, error persists.
