I am trying to learn about Plex for embedded platforms. I found some threads stating that this is an embedded linux, based on LibreELEC. If this is installed on an Intel NUC, where would the metadata be located? I am hoping to keep my movies stored on my Synology NAS and have the NUC read off of the NAS by mapping it to the NUC.
My question is does the library metadata get read off the NAS or does it need to be recreated on, or moved to, the NUC? If it gets recreated, or moved to, the NUC, where would that folder be located?
