Unable to add Libraries

I have just downloaded and installed Plex Media Server onto Deepin 15.4. Install went well with no errors. However I can't add any media to any Library. When I navigate to my Home folder Plex doesn't see any of the sub folders in the home director (example, Video, Music, Pictures etc.)
