Hi, I came recently across a strange problem when noticed that one of my friends, who is using a Samsung Smart TV with the Plex client on it (v 2.005) was playing a movie and used close to all of my bandwidth.
Even he set the remote quality to a lover version/level then the movie it was still not transcoding it.
It was actually at any time direct playing it, even if he put the remote quality down to "3"
my server version is Version 0.9.17.2
does anyone has an idea what the problem could be?
