Another sync issue thread

I can use some help with sync issues that my brother is having.

He's having issues downloading the content after it has been converted. I had him send me the logs (the ones from Agrare) and I included the Plex Media Server logs from my actual server. He tried syncing again tonight (11/2/16) around 20:42. Looking at the log from the Android app I am seeing a lot of Connection FAILURE errors as well as ones about Application Unfocused. I don't know if these errors are related to the actual app (I'm guessing the latter probably is) or if it has something to do with my server.

I am sharing my server with other people and they have no issues streaming from me. My brother is the only one recently (there is one other) that syncs from my system. He was originally on either one or two prior to the 5.0 Android app update. He started experiencing the errors after he upgraded to v5.0. Of note, he was able to get 4 different tv shows to each (1 episode from each). However, now he can't get past downloading the next episode of one of the shows as he gets a message that there is an error with this item from my server.

As I usual add when I make a post requesting help, let me know if there is anything else that is needed. If more logs are required let me know and I'll coordinate with my brother to get them done and then upload them here. If any other information (not available from the logs) is needed ask and I'll do my best to answer the questions.
