Hi All,
No Plex apps (mobile, Roku, or Web) can connect to my PMS hosted on a Windows Home Server 2011 machine. This same setup was previously working a few months ago, but I haven't been able to get it to reconnect.
I've followed these two articles:

Results:
- Server is on same subnet as phones, PCs and Roku
- No VPN or proxies on any Windows machines, I even disabled the Windows firewall on the server machine to test
- No third-party antivirus installed
- Uninstalled and re-installed the latest PMS
- The PMS seems to be running - I'm logged in and I can browse the library through the web interface on the server machine
- Server appears in my Devices in my Plex account (as recently logged in)
- I logged out of all devices, then logged into PMS, then a web app on another PC. No change.
- Secure Connections is set to Preferred
The test that fails: Using the X-Plex-Token url: https://plex.tv/api/resources?X-Plex-Token=
- The IP address of the PMS listed in the XML output is the same IP as the local machine and not the PMS. When I paste the same URL into the browser on the PMS machine, it lists the PMS IP.
